Our desire is for lives to be changed by the Word of God, and for his people to be forever set free from the chains that were once holding them. Bishop and First Lady Williams are Kingdom-builders and the foundation of this ministry is centered on winning souls for the Kingdom of God. Our desire is to find those who were once lost and show them the love of Christ and aid them in taking back what the enemy have stolen from them.
